Once again I am emplasizing that for the most part I am now condidered a mortgage banker because of the way we disclose and fund our own loans. Occasionally when we have a tricky file or a hard to place loan we need to broker out the deal to another lending institution. In these cases, we will close the loan in the name of the other lending institution and they will fund the deal. In terms of rate and closing costs to the customer, nothing else changes.

 According to this graph it looks like Fort Lauderdale and Broward County in general have turned the corner. Zillow shows prices being flat where City-data is showing a bump in the right direction. (Real Estate prices are starting to rise.)
