IFPA Certified Personal Trainer Greg is a Florida native of 37 years. In 1995, he graduated from FIU with a degree in finance. Throughout his high school and college years, Greg wrestled and played tennis. He has always been a very active person, enjoying surfing, diving, and generally everything associated with the water. In July of 1999 he got his first taste of weight training. After a couple of years of training, Greg decided to become a personal trainer. He is currently certified by the I.F.P.A. as a personal trainer and a motivational specialist. “I became a trainer because I truly believe that a regimen of cardiovascular and resistance training, along with a proper diet, can make a dramatic change in the way you look.”
Greg works out of Ultima Gym in Wellington Florida. Ultima is not your everyday gym. You occasionally will get celebs working out in there. I noticed on the wall a picture of Bruce Springstein and the staff and I recall seeing Sly Stallone's Dad working out there a few times.
About five years ago I committed to every Friday at 5:00 for a one hour trainer visit with Greg. During that time frame his approach to fitness really allowed me to improve my tennis game and my general fitness. He also helped me quite a bit with my approach to diet.
Greg has endless energy. After a few weeks of working out with Greg you will understand the meaning of the term "Spite rep" and "That ain't nothing nice!"
