For anyone considering refinancing with The Home Affordable Refinance Option it is neccesary to determine who services your current loan. If Fannie Mae does we have the Fannie Mae DU Refi Plus. If Freddie Mac services your loan we can look at Freddie Mac Home Relief. Either way we can refinance existing customers with little or no equity and get them into a low interest rate with no mortgage insurance. Customers with previous mortgage insurance have a chance for this loan depending on the automated findings. (Ask me about this) There are two options for these programs. 105% financing and 125% financing. Rate adjustments apply. call for pricing.
