Interest Rates Florida
Interest Rates in Florida are like interest rates everywhere else but , believe it or not, lenders still love to lend in Florida and they give us mortgage bankers a little positive pricing adjustment for being in Florida.
Currently we are setting 50 year lows!
June 25, 2011 - We're back to and maybe even setting new year-to-date mortgage interest rate lows right now. Interest rates have pretty much drifted sideways since the lowest rates of the year on June 8th.
These developments follow a short period of stagnation where volatility in the secondary mortgage market kept us on edge, but never really amounted to anything. Right now, we're back to those lows again, and maybe even teetering on new lower lows

(Please keep in mind that interest rates change twice a day every day and my on-line rate sheet is only updated peridically. For a true measure of a proper interest rate I will need to discuss the parameters of your loan request)
In general remember that a good day in the stock market is usually bad for mortgage rates and a bad day on the stock market is usually good for interest rates. For example if we have higher unemployment figures on a given day, that means less people working , less demand for new home purchase which means rates have to go lower to attract buyers.
Perhaps whats going on right now is that Americans are out there enjoying there summer vacations and not thinking about purchasing or refinancing.
