It shows a nice comparison between Stuart, Hobe Sound, Stuart and Juno Beach. Stuart in the same vicinity is much more affordable with the same beach access and fun everywhere.

Stuart, Florida is a charming area with wonderful waterways and bays. There is not a lot of commotion but there are a lot of activities here considering the size of the town. 

Neighboring Hobe Sound, Florida is similar but with a somewhat higher median home price. Comparing the two, Stuart is around $100,000 and Hobe Sound is around $210,000. (November 2014).

If you look at the City-Data graph for Hobe Sound you see sky rocketing prices since the third quarter of 2013! People are catching on that this area is a great deal !
