Testimonials From Some of My Favorite Customers

I never really have been one to solicit testimonials from my previous customers; I prefer to ask for referrals! During this passed year I was asked by a particular customer who didn't know me to produce 5 letters of reccomendation. So I decided that maybe I should start collecting them. These customers are some of my favorite people. They were a joy to work with and I enjoy staying in touch with them from time to time.

August Bucci - Augie is the CEO of one of the largest and most successful restaurant chains in South Florida. Without naming names, if you are hankering for "fall off the bone babyback ribs" you probably should be sitting at one of his restaurants. I helped Augie with a refinance of his primary residence and the purchase of a few properties in Tennessee. Augie is such a nice guy.He will get you on the phone on a Monday morning and get you so motivated you are good for the rest of the week.   testimonialbucci.pdf

Antonio Vetrano - Tony is the Chief Financial Officer of a very successful medical billing company. Over the years I have helped Tony with two refinances and a purchase. I met Tony through my tennis buddy network ten years ago and have remained good friends. For me, Tony is the ideal customer because of his calm, pleasant, polite demeanor and also that he has probably referred more customers to me than any customer I have ever dealt with. Thank you Tony. I forgive you for missing that easy backhand volley to win the match against Jimmy Everett tennis center 7 years ago.testimonialvetrano.pdf

Andrea Hubbard - Andrea is one of my favorite previous customers and also a key member of my team. She is my contact at Gateway Title  http://www.gatewayta.com  561-734-6666 She is a very knowledgable and an experienced escrow officer and helps customers all across the country. I met Andrea through one of my favorite realtors Marie Coleman  in Palm Beach County (561) 371-8912 and have been working with her for the last 5 years. I helped her with her own purchase and also her brother's purchase as well as a number of her friends. Andrea is always calm, even in pressure situations and customers immediately trust her once they talk to her over the phone or meet her in person. testimonialAndreaHubbard.pdf

Tim O'Bryan - I met Tim through another favorite realtor of mine from western Palm Beach County , Hal Simkaitis. 561-236-2765  Tim & Hal are in the same bowling league and enjoy a few laughs every Thursday night. I helped Tim with a FHA cash out refinance that consolidated his debts into one easy payment. Tim is an easy going guy and fortunately we had a few chances to enjoy a few chicken wings together with some of my company brand hot sauce. testimonialTimObryan.pdf

Winston Rudolph - I met Winston through direct mail. Understandably, not knowing me personally or without a warm referral from a friend Winston proceeded cautiously but I am happy to say that he was pleased with the service he received in the end. I found out later that not only is he a pastor, but he was a key figure in the Broward County SHIPP program which helps provide housing assistance (in the form of new homes) to many families each year. The testimony from Winston means a lot to me because I know he has contacts with many in the real estate & mortgage industries. testimonialrudolph.pdf

Walter Day - Walter is a good example of the strongest borrower who, at no fault of his own, encountered a hiccup during his refinance. Fortunately, during the process, we were able to conquer the issue and achieve his objective. Walter worked for 40 years as upper-level banking executive so considering his background we appreciate his endorsement that much more. Thank you walterDayreferral.pdf

Testimonials For Some of My Favorite Customers

This section is for some of my customers that I would like to mention. I am starting it off with Roy Foster, founder of Faith Hope Love Charity in Lake Worth, Florida. I met Roy through his associate Don Reed about 9 years ago when they were purchasing the "stand down house". The stand down house is a place for homeless veterans to stay and grow. I couldn't help them back then but have watched the whole operation blossom into what is considered an example for the rest of the country. This is certainly a worthy charity if you wish to help homeless veterans.
